| The St. Louis Graphic Arts Joint Health and Welfare Fund is a multi employer ERISA welfare fund. It provides an extensive level of benefits to participants and their dependents. The Plan is funded by contributions from Contributing Employers and Participants in accordance with the terms of the underlying Collective Bargaining Agreements.

| Employer and Participant payments are deposited into a Trust Fund, which is administered by a Board of Trustees, on which your Union and Contributing Employers are equally represented. |
